Gloria Howell, a former English and French junior high teacher made the transition to selling real estate in 1976 pursuing her education and many designation frequently.  Her husband Richard Howell, is a local financial advisor.  They have been married since 1973.  A never ending desire for ongoing learning is what keeps this woman going.  The magic never ends in matching up our buyers and sellers!  The mission of giving attention to every detail and creating a trust in our buyers and sellers making them an "extended and valuable part" of The Gloria Howell Real Estate Team is the main focus in building long term relationships with each of them.

Maria Smith, our Buyer's Specialist, is a licensed REALTOR® joined the Gloria Howell Real Estate Team in November of 2005.  She has been married to Mike Smith for 24 years, a mother of four children, two who attend Idaho State University and two who attend Pocatello High School.  Maria, a former small business owner and nurse at the Idaho State Veterans Home, is very excited to join such a prestigious and well established group where loyalty, honesty, integrity, and creativity are what set the team apart.  Maria Smith's ultimate goal as a Buyer's Specialist is to:

Chris Clark has been with the Gloria Howell Real Estate Team as an Administrative Assistant and general clerk for approximately three years and recently acquired his REALTOR® license in October of 2005.  Chirs is in his first year at Idaho State University.  Chris is currently doing duo positions with the team, both in office administration and Real Estate sales as a Buyer's Specialist.  He has handled a number of in house responsibilities including the photography, advertising, creating visual tours, and new website of which many hours have gone into its creation.  He works with the team in accomplishing the mission of integrity, honesty, loyalty, and creativity, and helping our clients feel an integral and extended part of our family. 

Sher Hatley, Executive Administrative Assistant, is the newest member of the Gloria Howell Real Estate Team.  She has been married to Scott Hatley for four years.  Sher is a mother to eight in a blended family, three of her own and five belonging to Scott.  Sher comes from an extensive background of administrative management and diversified roles in sales, legal and new business start-ups over the last 20 years.  She is a small business owner as well, in Lava Hot Springs, Idaho; that serves people from all over the U.S. and locally.  She joined the Gloria Howell Real Estate Team because of its Integrity, loyalty, and genuine caring of what the team strives to offer our clients.  Additionally, our mission is to give the best service in Southeastern Idaho.  Sher has accepted the role of:
